I’m starting to get really pumped for the 2010 weddings that await! It all begins next month (unless some crazy last minute bride needs a photographer in the next 9 days…) While I am very excited about the weddings lined up for this year, I don’t want to forget about what a great year 2009 was. Here are links to some of the work I did last year.

Looking back at 2009, looking forward to 2010 weddings
February 19, 2010It’s that time of year… The Low’s Family Pictures!
December 1, 2009One of the highlights of my year, every year, is getting to shoot this family! Ryan Low was my RD when I was at Biola, and I spent a lot of time with him and the Low family just talking, eating, watching 24, and taking photos. A Christmas photo shoot became sort of a tradition, and the time came this year where we went at it again. This was probably the most fun shoot we’ve had yet!
Little Emily has come a long way from being such a whiner to the most helpful girl, grabbing Will when asked, and smiling beautifully!

Beautiful mom and daughter. The kids definitely got mom’s eyes. Sorry Ryan… but this is just okay with me.

Riding on Daddy’s shoulders… cute shot of father and daughter

I am going to quote from Ryan’s facebook: “it’s so funny because it looks like he was having a great time, but atually he was being a royal pain in the butt. There were a few times I wanted to throw him in a tree. But this was a good photo.”

Mom and her little boy!

Portraits of the kiddos

Another family shot.

So much fun… already looking forward to next year!
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph James and Kristin (Martin) Shook’s wedding over the weekend! I have a lot of photos to work through, but here are a few, just to preview what’s coming!

The wedding party! A lot of Biola flavor here!
