Modeling
If you’re interested in modeling for a stock photography shoot, you’re at the right place. Working on a stock photography shoot is fun for both the photographer and the model, and provides benefits to both parties. I provide the model with images from the shoot for your own portfolio. Depending on experience and involvement with the shoot, the model may be paid a competitive hourly rate as well.
Some requirements include:
- You are located in Southern California, preferably near Riverside, CA. Most shoots will take place in Riverside, CA, unless otherwise specified.
- You feel comfortable working with a photographer, being in front of a camera and studio lighting. Many stock photography concepts involve lots of smiling, and forced smiles don’t cut it!
- You provide your own hair and make-up work, as well as wardrobe, unless otherwise discussed.
- Models are required to sign a model release form. If under 18, you must have a parent or guardian also sign.
- Be prompt in communication and timeliness. I usually work with the same people if we work well together.
- Anyone can model! I work with people of different shapes, colors, sizes, backgrounds, etc.
