I’m starting to get really pumped for the 2010 weddings that await! It all begins next month (unless some crazy last minute bride needs a photographer in the next 9 days…) While I am very excited about the weddings lined up for this year, I don’t want to forget about what a great year 2009 was. Here are links to some of the work I did last year.

Wedding Albums are arriving… from Italy!
November 6, 2009My first album from a company based in Italy just arrived! I’m so excited to be able to offer these to the people I work with. I couldn’t be happier with what they produced. The sample definitely did the trick, I will be working with them unless something even better comes up.
Christmas Ornament for scale. Also got “pocket-books” with this order.

Closeup of the leather. Next album will be amazing – the whole album will be covered in plexiglass like the triangle insert of this cover

Kristin and James – slideshow
September 7, 2009Hi! We’re back with a slideshow from Kristin and James’ wedding! Enjoy! (the soft piano music starts a few seconds in)
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph James and Kristin (Martin) Shook’s wedding over the weekend! I have a lot of photos to work through, but here are a few, just to preview what’s coming!

Tim and Mollie’s wedding at St. Joseph the Worker
July 8, 2009Well, we’re back with some images from the beautiful wedding of Mollie and Tim Hibbard! They got married on the last Friday in June at St. Joseph the Worker church in Loma Linda. The reception was at a friends’ house that Tim had done most all of the landscaping at in preparation for the wedding, quite impressive! This day was heavily family oriented which I absolutely loved. They both have tremendous families and friends which made the entire day a joy to photograph. The sunset lighting towards the end made for some beautiful bride and groom portraits, the stained glass windows were vibrant, I loved being a part of this day.
Here’s the church at high noon, before the wedding began.

The mother of the groom, Laura, preparing Mollie’s hair with a plethora of hands performing various tasks to get the bride ready.

A portrait of Mollie, looking beautiful and excited.

Tim and Mollie did not see each other before the wedding, which meant we had to find interesting locations for individual portraits.

Tim and Mollie were great to work with and very much enjoyed the more romantic photos.

Looking out

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful June wedding and reception. It was a pleasure and honor to be a part of Tim and Mollie’s day!
Ki Yong and Carolyn- Pae Baek Wedding Ceremony
June 29, 2009We’re back with a few more wedding images from Ki Yong and Carolyn’s wedding at Grace Church of Glendora! I mentioned they also held a traditional pae baek ceremony, and here are some of the images!
Here is the scene

I would rather let Ki Yong and Carolyn do the explaining, so here is the information that was on all the tables at the reception.
